Alfrets has extensive in-house legal experience across public listed company with logistics and freight forwarding, the full-scope alcohol industry, property and construction, villa and hotel management, and information technology. He has worked closely with business leaders and management as a direct legal counsel, providing practical and strategic advice to identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks while supporting efficient and smooth business operations.
He also experienced handles dispute resolution and litigation strategy, including negotiations, settlements, legal reports, warning letters, police and government matters, and stakeholder relations.
Alfrets holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Parahyangan Catholic University and a Master of Laws degree from Jayabaya University.
